Big Bear Lake is a great getaway without having to drive far. Only an hour drive will take you into a whole new world. The weather is cleaner, fresher, and cooler. Kids will enjoy checking out all the big trees, log cabins, and of course, the lake itself.
Check out one of these fun activities to do while you are there.
Helpful Hint:
Bring a picnic lunch and eat at the Discovery Center. The have tables with umbrellas and a view of the lake.

Enjoy all the fun the Renaissance Faire has to offer by taking a drive up to Big Bear Lake this week. The faire features joust competitions, "busty" entertainers, stage performances, handmade crafts and DELICIOUS faire food.
