Local Farmer's Market

If you haven't had a chance to check out the RIVERSIDE DOWNTOWN FARMERS MARKET it is a must do this Saturday. Local farmers bring their best looking (and tasting) fruits and veggies. They have samples of everything. Although the market is on the smaller side, you can still make a half day out of it.

After walking through the market, take a walk around the Mission Inn. If you time it right, you can have lunch at one of the many cafes along main street. I recommend SIMPLE SIMON.

A movie and some popcorn

Take your kids to the movies for $1. Summer deals are going on right now at your local theaters. Check out a theater near you and pick a movie to see. Don't worry about your kids being too loud because chances are there will be other kids there just as loud.
